Arm Chair Aerobics
Use a chair for more than just sitting! Seated exercises focus on improving range of motion, strength and balance. Standing exercises involve stability balls and other equipment to promote better balance and hand-eye coordination.

Martinez Martial Arts offers Kids and Adult Hapkido and Muay Thai at JCH&L Burkley Fitness Center. Classes teach self defense, basics of the martial arts, balance, hand-eye coordination, power, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and fighting spirit. Classes are $35 per month for members or non-members. Non-members will also be required to purchase a guest pass or multi-pass punch card. All classes have testing and promotions. Students have additional costs for uniforms, testing fees, belts and arm bands.
