Jefferson Community Health & Life offers a wide range of laboratory and diagnostic testing services to support timely care—from routine bloodwork to specialized medical testing that helps providers confirm a diagnosis, monitor treatment, and guide next steps.
Common testing may include:
- Bloodwork such as a CBC (complete blood count)
- Urinalysis testing
- Chemistry panels that evaluate electrolyte levels
- Glucose testing to support diabetes screening and management
- Allergy tests (as ordered by your provider)
- Specialty and referral testing, including genetic testing when appropriate
HealthyLife Testing
All laboratory tests require a doctor’s order, with the exception of HealthyLife Testing (patient requested lab tests available without a physician order).

Drug Screening for Employers
Drug screenings are available for businesses, including employee drug testing programs.
Availability
Laboratory staff are available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support urgent and inpatient needs.
