Jefferson Community Health & Life Fairbury Clinic offers a full scope of family medicine services, supporting everything from infant care and child care to elder care and geriatric care. Appointments

When calling the family medicine clinic, explain the nature of the medical need. Same day appointments are available for health concerns that need to be addressed right away. Negative pressure appointments

Depending on symptoms, in some cases a patient may be asked to use the negative pressure entrance. You will be asked to call upon arrival and wait in your car until a nurse brings you in.

History

The clinic was incorporated under the name The Fairbury Clinic P.C., in 1975, but there was a Fairbury Clinic for many years before the incorporation. The building at the current location was built in 1967 and expanded in 1998. The clinic joined the Jefferson Community Health & Life team July 1, 2016, when the clinic was purchased by Jefferson Community Health & Life.
