Handicapped parking permit assistance
If you are in need of a handicap parking permit (new or renewal), JCH&L Fairbury Clinic can assist you. Handicap parking permits may be permanent or temporary and are based on limitations to personal mobility.
Patient services will coordinate with your primary care provider. Renewals are completed online and do not require a paper application from the patient.
