Jefferson Community Health & Life Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Services provides comprehensive therapy and sports injury rehabilitation for patients of all ages—supporting recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Our team offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in a variety of settings: inpatient, outpatient, and home health. Pediatric and adult services are accessible from the main entrance of Jefferson Community Health & Life.
Whether you’re healing from a knee injury or shoulder injury, managing an overuse injury (like tendinitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, or golf elbow), recovering from sprains or dislocations, or looking for bracing guidance, our therapists tailor a plan that fits your goals. We also support concussion management and education on concussion symptoms and signs of a concussion, as well as strengthening programs that include strength training, functional strength training, and sport-specific progression to help you return safely.
We treat a wide range of common sports injuries, including shin splints, back pain and sciatica, and post-operative rehab when orthopedic surgery is part of your treatment plan. We also provide pediatric sports medicine-aligned therapy support for children, teens, and young adults.
