Jefferson Community Health & Life Outpatient Services connects you to specialized care close to home when your primary care physician recommends additional testing, treatment, or a specialist visit. Our outpatient team helps patients access a wide range of outpatient services, from specialty consultations and outpatient care to imaging, lab work, procedures, and outpatient surgery.

Outpatient services are typically treatments, tests, or procedures that do not require an overnight hospital stay. Many evaluations and procedures — such as imaging like an x-ray, CT scan, or MRI, and select minor surgery — can often be completed through outpatient care based on provider orders and your individual needs.

With your physician’s referral, you can receive specialty consultations, diagnostic testing, and procedures locally.

Clinical Outpatient Coordinators Samantha Espinoza, LPN, and Tiffany Bayless, RN, provide support for a variety of outpatient needs, including wound care, infusions, blood transfusions, and more. Patients may also receive coordinated support for recovery and mobility needs, including referrals for physical therapy when appropriate.
