JCH&L Pharmacy is a hospital pharmacy that provides essential pharmacy services for patients receiving care at Jefferson Community Health & Life. The pharmacy is staffed by two pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians. We support hospitalized patients, emergency department patients, and outpatient clinic patients who receive medications and treatments such as infusions, injections, chemotherapy, and other specialty infusions through our outpatient services.
In addition, JCH&L Pharmacy provides prescription medication services for residents of Gardenside long-term care and for JCH&L staff members covered under our employee health insurance plan. Please note: JCH&L Pharmacy does not operate as a retail pharmacy, and we do not provide public walk-in retail services.
Medication support and safety
Our team helps ensure that every new prescription and medication order is prepared accurately and safely. We support medication safety processes such as a drug interaction check to reduce risks and help care teams coordinate treatment.
After-hours support
After-hours pharmacy support is provided by CPS Telepharmacy through Bryan Health. The pharmacy is staffed by two pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians.
