Kirisha Afuh Leaves JCH&L

Kirisha Afuh, FNP-C, has left JCH&L to take time to focus on her health. JCH&L is committed to a smooth transition of care for Afuh’s patients.

“We understand that changes in healthcare providers can be unexpected, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition of your care. Our team is available to assist you in establishing care with another provider within our clinic and to help coordinate any ongoing medical needs,” said Ashley Norden, LPN, Clinic Administrator.

Dr. Abby Hanzlicek will be available to assist with ongoing hormone therapy needs, including follow-up appointments, medication refills, laboratory testing and treatment questions. JCH&L staff will contact those who had been seeing Afuh for hormone treatment to discuss scheduling.

Dr. Hanzlicek and Kensly Williams, PA-C will continue to offer Therapeutic Botox at JCH&L Fairbury Clinic as well as the Aesthetic Clinic through JCH&L outpatient services.

“Kirisha will be missed, and we wish her all the best and can appreciate her need to focus on her health,” Norden said.
