Alzheimer's Caregiver's Support Group
Join us for the Alzheimer's Caregiver's Support Group, held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:30 PM in the Clinic Conference Room. Each session features a different topic or program focused on supporting caregivers and family members ofindividuals with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.
This group, a program of the Alzheimer's Association, offers a welcoming space to share experiences, learn from others, and gain helpful information and encouragement.
Location and Access:
For easiest access, park in the H Street parking lot and enter through the JCH&L Main Entrance. Follow signage for "Caregiver's Support".
Cost: Free
