JCH&L Earns Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Woman-Led Organizations
Jefferson Community Health & Life has announced today that it is a 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner for Woman-Led organizations. This award celebrates outstanding organizations whose most senior leader is a woman who has fostered and built a stand-out workplace culture.
Holly Wolff lead JCH&L from January 2025 until September 2026. She recently left JCH&L for family reasons. Interim CEO is Lana Likens. In addition, JCH&L has many women in leadership positions throughout the facility.
“At JCH&L we value the contributions by women and men throughout our facility. We saw many areas of growth at JCH&L under Holly’s leadership, and are proud to receive this award recognizing us as a Top Workplace Culture Excellence Winner for Woman-Led organizations,” Likens said.
The Top Workplaces program has a 19-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets. The awards are based on results from employee engagement surveys completed through Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces.
Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplaces culture. JCH&L has previously earned other workplace culture awards, as well, including: Employee Appreciation, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Wellbeing, Innovation, Leadership, Professional Development, Purpose and Values, and Work-Life Flexibility. JCH&L also earned a 2026 Top Workplaces for Healthcare Industry award for 2026.
Top Workplaces awards are based on feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey.
