Likens, Sutton Named Interim Leaders at JCH&L

Lana Likens and Deb Sutton, BS, RN, NHA, have been named interim leaders for Jefferson Community Health & Life to serve after CEO Holly Wolff’s tenure ends on Sept. 23. Wolff, who had served as CEO since January 2025, submitted her resignation in August.

Likens has been Director of Public Relations at JCH&L since 1993, and served as temporary interim CEO in 2024. Sutton, who is currently a transitional care & chronic care management

nurse, has been on staff at JCH&L since 2005 and has served as Gardenside Administrator, interim administrator, Gardenside director of nursing, and as an acute care nurse during her career.

JCH&L is now accepting applications for the CEO position.

JCH&L is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital which offers inpatient and outpatient services, family medicine clinic, Burkley Fitness Center, Gardenside long-term care, and Home Health Services. It is governed by an 8-member board. JCH&L has served Jefferson County and the surrounding area since 1963.
